These terms govern use of the My Travel Royalties website, member accounts and travel-service workflows. Transaction-specific disclosures and supplier terms also apply.
Independent travel service
My Travel Royalties provides independent travel research, planning, reservation assistance, booking coordination, membership and support services. It is not an airline, hotel, airport, government agency or the operator of travel supplied by third parties. Supplier names, rules and responsibilities are disclosed when relevant to a proposed arrangement.
Quotes, availability and confirmation
Search results, destination ideas, quotes and internal request references are not tickets, boarding passes or supplier confirmations. Availability and price can change until payment is accepted and the applicable supplier issues its official ticket or confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only to the extent shown in that official supplier record.
Accounts and membership
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your sign-in. Exclusive features require a verified active subscription. Membership pricing, renewal frequency, included services and cancellation terms must be reviewed at checkout before purchase. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, misuse, fraud risk or material breach.
Payments and fees
The full amount, currency, known taxes, supplier charges and any separately identified service fee will be presented before payment. Payments are handled through an authorized payment provider. Authorization of payment does not by itself create a ticket or supplier confirmation. Additional amounts caused by approved changes, fare differences, taxes or supplier penalties require separate disclosure and authorization.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Requests submitted through the member dashboard begin a review; they do not automatically cancel or change a supplier booking. Supplier rules, timing and availability govern the result. Refund rights and restrictions are described in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy and the terms shown for the specific arrangement, subject to applicable law.
Rewards and wallet
Points, vouchers, cashback and wallet credits are promotional or contractual member benefits governed by the current program rules. They are not cash, bank deposits or stored-value accounts unless expressly stated otherwise. Eligibility can depend on completed travel, supplier reporting, exclusions and adjustment periods. Erroneous, reversed, cancelled or refunded transactions may cause a corresponding points or wallet adjustment.
Traveler responsibilities
- Review names, dates, itinerary, visa and entry requirements before authorizing payment.
- Obtain valid passports, visas, health documents, insurance and any other documents required for the journey.
- Comply with supplier rules, check-in times, baggage rules, local laws and safety requirements.
- Inform the travel team of accessibility, medical or dietary needs early; fulfillment remains subject to supplier confirmation.
Acceptable use and security
You may not misuse the service, impersonate another traveler, upload unlawful content, probe security, attempt unauthorized access or use payment methods without permission. Sensitive documents belong only in the protected vault.
Service availability and responsibility
Travel services can be affected by suppliers, weather, government action, labor events, health events and other circumstances outside the travel service’s control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to the services My Travel Royalties directly agrees to provide and does not replace a supplier’s responsibility for its own travel product. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes, disputes and contact
These terms may be updated for operational, legal or service changes. The version accepted for a specific transaction continues to govern that transaction where required. Questions or disputes should first be submitted through the contact page with the relevant internal or supplier reference. Applicable law governs without waiving rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
